  • Celebrated as an auspicious offering to the native goddess Yellamma Saundatti of village Gajendragarh in Karnataka, Patteda Anchu is a handloom saree woven using ancient techniques since the 10th century. Handcrafted with eco-friendly dyes and woven using a traditional handloom in Belgaum, Raichur and neighboring villages of the region, it is known by a variety of local names like the dundina or the devaru saree.
  • The item has been crafted using traditional weaving techniques that impart a reversible appeal to the fabric. It comes in an unfinished form to allow the wearer to choose which end and side would they like to drape, so they can get it finished according to their personal preference.
  • This product has been woven by hand and may have slight irregularities that are a natural outcome of the human involvement in the process.
  • The colors seen in the image may vary from the actual product due to different computer screen resolutions and displays.
